Coordinating Country

The Coordinating Country operates on a rotating basis and is nominated at the Annual Meeting. For 2026, the Coordinating Country is Cuba.

Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee consists of four elected members and one representative from the Coordinating Country. The first Scientific Committee was elected in December 2025 for a three-year term and its members are:

• Carlos Alberto Soto (Argentina)
• Eduardo Brito (Cuba)
• Felix Moreto (Spain)
• Abraham Macias (Mexico)
